27 CAR § 94-407. Profile grade

(a) The grade on the driveway shall be constructed to conform to the slope of the roadway shoulder from the edge of the traveled lane to the edge of the shoulder. (b) Preferably, the profile grade of the driveway shall be constructed so the water will not drain onto the traveled surface.
