27 CAR § 94-506. Drainage

(a) Drainage in highway side ditches shall not be altered or impeded. (b) During dry summer months when drainage is not a problem, temporary roadway ditch crossings may be made by using boards or poles for the original one-hundred-twenty-day permit only. (c) When board or pole crossings cause scour or create a hazard, they shall be immediately removed or reconstructed as required by the engineer.
