27 CAR § 94-508. Safety zones

(a) All parts of the highway right-of-way between the curb or shoulder line and the right-of-way line along the permittee’s property frontage, except the areas contained in the temporary access driveway, shall be a safety zone. (b) Vehicle parking or access will not be permitted in a safety zone.
