3 CAR § 1-612. Record of hearing required — Contents of record

In any hearing held pursuant to this subpart or any alcoholic beverage control law of the State of Arkansas, the person conducting such hearing shall cause to be prepared a record of the hearing which shall include: (1) All pleadings, motions, and intermediate rulings; (2) Evidence received or considered including, on request of the party, a transcript of all proceedings or any part thereof; (3) Offers of proof, objections, and rulings thereon; and (4) Proposed findings and exceptions thereto.
