3 CAR § 20-119. Criminal penalties

Upon conviction, any person who knowingly fails to comply with any provision of Arkansas Code §§ 3-8-701 – 3-8-714, shall:
(1) Be fined an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000);
(2) Be imprisoned for not more than one (1) year; or
(3) Both.
