8 CAR § 110-1027. Right of entry and access

Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District personnel shall have the: (1) Right of entry, during normal business hours, to the premises of a grant-funded facility; (2) Right of access to view and inventory any grant-funded equipment; and (3) Right of access to all records pertaining to a grant-funded project or activity.
