8 CAR § 110-707. Leachate collection reporting

(a) Every solid waste facility required to report the performance of its leachate collection system to the Division of Environmental Quality shall also provide a copy of reports monthly to the Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District. (b) Such reports shall contain at a minimum: (1) The amount of leachate collected; (2) Any test results from testing the leachate; and (3) The final disposition of all leachate generated.
