8 CAR § 110-710. Facility personnel

Every solid waste facility operated within the Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District must employ the following personnel: (1) A registered professional engineer who must be responsible for the construction and operation of any landfill; and (2) Solid waste facility managers/operators who must hold an appropriate master level operator’s license issued by the Division of Environmental Quality.
