8 CAR § 110-718. Inspection and information gathering

(a) Any solid waste facility, either within the Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District or which receives waste generated within the district, shall, upon the request of any district-designated person: (1) Furnish information relating to any activity at the facility; and (2) Permit such person at all times to have access to, and to copy all records, relating to such activity. (b) Any district-designated person shall be allowed to: (1) Enter at any time all areas of the facility; and (2) Inspect and obtain samples from any area of the facility.
