8 CAR § 130-1602. Landfills

(a) Any landfill located within the Boston Mountain Regional Solid Waste Management District shall pay to the district an amount equal to the per-ton fee amount in 8 CAR § 130-1501 times the number of tons of solid waste handled. (b) Such fee will be paid according to the schedule listed in 8 CAR § 130-1607.
