8 CAR § 130-507. Appeal of decision

(a) Any interested person to a certificate of need determination shall have the right to appeal the issuance or denial of a certificate of need to the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality in accordance with Division of Environmental Quality rules governing such appeals. (b) Only interested persons shall have a right of appeal.
