8 CAR § 130-905. Landfill personnel

Every solid waste disposal facility operated within the Boston Mountain Regional Solid Waste Management District must employ the following landfill personnel: (1) A registered professional engineer must be responsible for the construction and operation of the landfill; and (2) Landfill managers/operators must hold a Class I landfill operator’s license issued by the Division of Environmental Quality.
