8 CAR § 170-102. Definitions

As used in this part, the following definitions shall apply: (1) “ADEQ” means the Division of Environmental Quality; (2) “Board” means the Board of the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District; (3) “District” means the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District; (4) “Grant recipient” means the entity which has: (A) Had a grant application selected by the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District; and (B) Been notified by the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District that its application has received a grant award; (5) “Solid waste” shall have the same meaning as the definition set forth in 8 CAR pt. 60, as presently adopted or subsequently amended; and (6) “Solid Waste Management and Recycling Grant Program” means the grant program administered by the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District pursuant to the provisions of Arkansas Code § 8-6-615.
