8 CAR § 170-402. Grant fund disbursement procedure

(a) The grant recipient shall submit reimbursement documents to the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District staff for review and disbursement of grant funds to the grant recipient. (b) The district staff will check the submitted documentation and determine the appropriate amount for reimbursement to the grant recipient. (c) Expenses exceeding grant awards cannot be reimbursed to the grant recipient.
