8 CAR § 172-302. Financial assurance

The hauler: (1) Must establish financial responsibility to the satisfaction of the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District prior to the issuance of the license; and (2) Shall maintain such financial responsibility during the effective period of the license.
