8 CAR § 190-108. Rulemaking — Filing

The Faulkner County Regional Solid Waste Management District shall file with the Secretary of State, the Arkansas State Library, and the Bureau of Legislative Research a: (1) Certified copy of each rule adopted by it; and (2) Statement of financial impact for the rule.
