8 CAR § 190-407. Revocation and suspension

The Faulkner County Regional Solid Waste Management District may revoke or suspend a hauler’s license under the following conditions: (1) The district may suspend a hauler’s license for six (6) months if they are assessed penalties totaling five (5) points within a twelve-month period; (2) The district may suspend a hauler’s license for twelve (12) months if they are assessed penalties totaling ten (10) points within a twelve-month period; (3) The district may permanently revoke a hauler’s license if they are assessed penalties totaling fifteen (15) points within a twelve-month period; and (4) The district may permanently revoke a hauler’s license if they are suspended for more than twelve (12) months in any thirty-six-month period.
