8 CAR § 190-603. Landfills

(a) Any landfill located within the Faulkner County Regional Solid Waste Management District shall pay an amount equal to the per-ton fee in 8 CAR § 190-602 times the number of tons of solid waste handled. (b) Such fee will be paid according to the schedule listed in 8 CAR § 190-609.
