8 CAR § 190-606. Transfer stations

(a) Any transfer station located within the Faulkner County Regional Solid Waste Management District shall pay to the district an amount equal to the per-ton or yard fee amount in 8 CAR § 190-602 times the number of tons or yards of solid waste handled. (b) Any waste handled by a transfer station that is delivered to a landfill, solid waste material recovery facility, or Class S composting facility within the district shall be exempt from the fees imposed by this section.
