8 CAR § 190-610. Recycling credits

(a) Any facility required to pay fees under this subpart may be entitled to credits for fees paid on waste handled at their facility that was later recycled or composted. (b) Solid waste material recovery facility. A solid waste material recovery facility may take credit for any materials they have previously paid a fee on if they can demonstrate that those materials were later shipped for recycling or converted to compost. (c) Class S composting facility. A Class S composting facility may take credit for any materials they have previously paid a fee on if they can demonstrate that those materials were later shipped for recycling or converted to compost.
