8 CAR § 20-204. Misdemeanor and public nuisance

(a) A person shall not violate any other provision of this part or of the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act, Arkansas Code § 8-4-101 et seq. (b) Violation of any provision of this part is a misdemeanor and each day's continuance of the violation is a separate offense. (c) Any person who violates any provision of this part is subject to the penalties under the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act, Arkansas Code § 8-4-101 et seq. (d) Pollution of any waters of the state in violation of any provision of this part is a public nuisance and may be enjoined and abated as provided by law.
