8 CAR § 210-803. Assessment and evaluation

The Board of Directors of the Northeast Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District may develop and implement a document that may include but not be limited to: (1) The procedures for receiving complaints; (2) The mechanism or mechanisms used to assess and evaluate illegal dumps; (3) The methods utilized to investigate complaints; (4) When it is appropriate to issue citations; and (5) The provisions utilized in special enforcement actions.
