8 CAR § 251-103. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the requirements stated in 8 CAR § 251-102, the Saline County Regional Solid Waste Management District shall retain the following listed records for the periods indicated below: (1) Employee pay records: five (5) years after employment has ended; (2) Financial records evidencing the day-to-day business of the district: five (5) years; (3) Audit reports: permanently; and (4) Bank statements: five (5) years.
