8 CAR § 270-404. Landfills

(a) Any landfill located within the Sebastian County Regional Solid Waste Management District shall pay to the district an amount equal to the fee amount in 8 CAR § 270-403. (b) Such fee shall be paid according to the schedule listed in 8 CAR § 270-406.
