8 CAR § 270-608. Illegal burning — Enforcement options

Any person who violates a provision of 8 CAR §§ 270-606 – 270-609 may be subject to the following enforcement actions: (1) A civil complaint filed pursuant to Arkansas Code § 8-6-505; (2) A citation issued by a duly authorized Illegal Dump Enforcement Officer; (3) A citation issued by a duly authorized enforcement officer pursuant to Arkansas Code § 8-6-704(b)(1)(D); or (4) A criminal action filed by an authorized prosecuting attorney.
