8 CAR § 330-110. Contributions from local governments

(a) Each entity of local government shall subscribe and pay annually a pro rata fair share of the cost of the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District’s operation and budget. (b) The methodology for support shall be determined as appropriate by the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management Board.
