8 CAR § 332-403. Completeness determination

(a) Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the initial application, the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District staff will make a completeness determination of the application. (b) Any additional information required by the district to decide on the need of the proposed facility will be requested during this time. (c) If additional information is requested by district staff, it will again make a completeness determination within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the additional information.
