8 CAR § 332-406. Public hearing

Prior to the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District Board of Directors' formal consideration of an application for a certificate of need, the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District shall hold a hearing to accept oral or written comments from the public concerning the application.
