8 CAR § 40-1301. Public notification

In the event the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality finds the existence of a condition of air pollution pursuant to 8 CAR § 40-105 or of episodic air pollution pursuant to 8 CAR § 40-105 or the Division of Environmental Quality imposes extraordinary air quality control requirements pursuant to 8 CAR § 40-1201, the director shall: (1) Summarize the conditions and the actions taken in response thereto; (2) Make said summary available to the news media and to the public; and (3) Continue to publish such summaries at regular intervals throughout the duration of said conditions and the actions.
