8 CAR § 41-308. Exemption from permitting

(a) Insignificant activities. Stationary sources and activities listed in Appendix A of this part shall be considered to be insignificant and will not require a permit under this subpart or be included in a source’s permit. (b) Grandfathering. Stationary sources operating prior to June 30, 1975, and that have not been modified since, will not be required to obtain a permit under this subpart.
