8 CAR § 41-604. Notice of completion

For equipment for which a new permit or major permit modification is required, the Division of Environmental Quality shall be notified in writing within thirty (30) days of the following events: (1) The date of commencement of construction or modification; and (2) The date of commencement of operation of the equipment.
