8 CAR § 43-716. Transition requirements

(a) The reviewing authority may supersede any PAL which was established prior to the date of approval of this part with a PAL that complies with the requirements of this subpart. (b) No reviewing authority may issue a PAL that does not comply with the requirements of this subpart after the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency has approved regulations incorporating these requirements into a plan.
