8 CAR § 60-532. Class 3 monofills

(a) Design standards. Class 3 monofills shall be designed and constructed to the standards for Class 3 noncommercial landfills set forth in this subpart. (b) Compliance with Rule Number 14. Waste tire handling, processing, recycling, and disposal facilities shall additionally meet the requirements of Rule Number 14, Waste Tire Program [repealed] of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
