8 CAR § 60-603. Wetlands

Demonstration required. New Class 4 landfills and expansions to the area permitted for waste disposal shall not be located in wetlands, unless the owner or operator can make the demonstration in 8 CAR § 60-404 to the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality.
