8 CAR § 62-603. Lapsed license and reinstatement

(a) Pursuant to strict compliance with Arkansas Code § 17-1-107, a person can seek reinstatement of a lapsed license. (b) Any operator whose license has lapsed for a period of over three (3) months shall be required to take a new examination, and otherwise comply with requirements set forth in Arkansas statutes. (c) For operator licenses, the classification at which the operator would be reexamined will be at the discretion of the Division of Environmental Quality.
