8 CAR § 62-705. Lapsed license and reinstatement

(a) Pursuant to strict compliance with Arkansas Code § 17-1-107, a person can seek reinstatement of a lapsed license. (b) Any environmental officer whose license has lapsed for a period of over six (6) months will be required to take a new examination before license consideration by the Environmental Compliance Resource Program, and otherwise comply with requirements set forth in Arkansas statutes for reinstatement of a lapsed license.
