8 CAR § 62-707. Multiple licenses

(a) Environmental officers may opt to hold both a solid waste management facility operator license and an environmental officer license. (b) The licensing requirements for each of these respective licenses must be obtained annually. (c) An approved course consisting of a minimum of six (6) hours of annual environmental enforcement education shall only satisfy the continuing education requirement for environmental officer licenses.
