8 CAR § 64-1405. Recordkeeping and annual reporting

(a) The owner or operator of a tire collection center shall record and maintain for three (3) years information regarding their activities, which shall be used to annually complete Form TAP-5 (Tire Collection Center and Processing Facility Annual Report) due by June 30 to the Division of Environmental Quality. (b)(1) Records shall be maintained on site and available for inspection by division personnel during normal business hours. (2) Activities to be recorded and maintained include at a minimum: (A) Any demonstration, certification, finding, monitoring, testing, or analytical data required; (B) Closure cost estimates and any monitoring, testing, financial assurance records, or analytical data; (C) Any other records required by this part; and (D) All records and schedules shall also be available for review.
