8 CAR § 64-1510. Disclosure statement

(a) Except as provided under subsection (b) of this section, the applicant shall file a disclosure statement at the time the application is submitted. (b) The following entities are exempt from filing a disclosure statement under this section: (1) The federal government; (2) Other state government agencies, commissions, and other governmental units created by the General Assembly; (3) Local governments including counties, cities, and municipalities; and (4) Regional solid waste management districts authorized under the laws of the State of Arkansas.
