8 CAR § 83-201. Description

(a) Hazardous substance sites listed in this subpart are those: (1) That pose a potential substantial endangerment to human health and/or the environment; and (2) For which state funds have been approved to match or supplement federal funding for remedial actions pursuant to CERCLA. (b) Criteria for listing a particular site is governed by 8 CAR § 83-104(c).
