8 CAR § 84-702. Appeals

(a) A certificate holder or other party with standing may appeal the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality’s final decision to the Arkansas Pollution Control and Commission. (b) Such an action shall be conducted as provided for in Arkansas Code § 8-4-202 et seq., and in accordance with the commission’s rules on administrative procedures.
