9 CAR § 100-411. Emergency health care — Policy

It is the policy of the Division of Youth Services to have active provisions in place for the as-needed delivery of both emergency and twenty-four-hour health care to youth who are: (1) Placed in division custody; and (2) Housed in either a division-operated or contracted facility.
