9 CAR § 100-413. Health screening and examination — Policy

(a) It is the policy of the Division of Youth Services that all juveniles placed in custody of the division shall receive medical, dental, and mental health screenings. (b) The screenings shall be performed by qualified healthcare personnel, as deemed by the appropriate licensing authority.
