9 CAR § 100-417. Participation in research — Policy

(a) The Division of Youth Services is committed to assisting in the research and advancement of best practices in juvenile justice and the rehabilitation of youth. (b) When presented with an opportunity to participate in bona fide research, the division may share deidentified or aggregated data to the extent permitted by state and federal law.
