9 CAR § 100-429. Special diets — Policy

(a) The Division of Youth Services shall provide special diets to youths:
(1) If the special diet is prescribed by a:
(A) Treating physician;
(B) Dentist; or
(C) Responsible health official; and
(2) Who have designated religious beliefs or dietary requirements.
(b) The division shall ensure that special diets:
(1) Are kept as simple as possible; and
(2) Reasonably conform to foods served to all other juveniles.
