9 CAR § 100-512. Final release — Policy

It is the policy of the Division of Youth Services that the administrative release of youth from division custody shall occur in a manner that reflects fairness in the application of division release authority or discretion, in accordance with Arkansas Code § 9-28-210 and provisions of the American Correctional Association.
