9 CAR § 2-201. Assigned office — Open enforcement cases

(a) Cases in which child support enforcement services are provided are assigned to a local child support office responsible for a geographic area of one (1) or more counties. (b) The office responsible for working a case is the assigned office. (c) The following factors determine the office where the case should be assigned, listed in the order of priority: (1) Location of the Arkansas court that issued the order for child/medical support; (2) Location of the custodial party; and (3) Location of the noncustodial parent. (d) Payment processing cases. The Arkansas Child Support Clearinghouse is responsible for all payment processing cases.
