9 CAR § 40-322. Using interpreter services during an investigation

(a) Both verbal language interpreter services and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter services are available statewide and require, when possible, a twenty-four-hour notice. (b) Language interpretation may be provided over the phone as well as in person.
