9 CAR § 5-404. State tax offset informal complaint resolution

(a) The local Office of Child Support Enforcement will attempt to resolve complaints or questions regarding state tax offset informally. (b) The customer should be informed that they must submit a written request in order to contest the offset through an administrative hearing within the timeframes indicated in the pre-offset notice.
