13 CAR § 11-505. Project technical review

(a) All grant-supported projects must be in accordance with the United States Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings. (b) A copy of these standards is included in the award packet. (c) Before any grant-assisted work is done, the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program must review the plans and specifications of the project to ensure compliance with these standards.
